At LawDocShop, the documents you purchase are delivered electronically. Unlike physical products, digital files such as PDFs and Word Documents cannot be returned once they have been downloaded or accessed. For this reason, all sales on LawDocShop are considered final and non-refundable.

However, we understand that issues may arise. Refunds may be granted under the following circumstances:

1. Corrupt or Incomplete File:

    • If a document is damaged, missing content, or otherwise unusable.
    • Example: A thumbnail or preview image is uploaded instead of the full document.

2. Misrepresentation:

    • If the actual content of the document does not match its description or preview.
    • Example: A product description claims a document contains 10 sample contracts, but it only includes 5.

3. Technical Issues:

    • If the product requires specific software or formatting that is not mentioned in the product description.
    • Example: A document is in an uncommon file format, but this is not disclosed in the listing.

4. Duplicate Purchase:

    • If the same document is purchased more than once by mistake.
    • Example: A buyer purchases a standalone document and then later buys a bundle that includes the same document.

If your purchase falls into one of these categories, you can submit a refund request by contacting us at [contact@lawdocshop.com]. Please include the following in your request:
